and final examination week
Downtown Campus Library Study Room Policies:

Users may reserve up to 6 hours in every 14 day period

Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance

Users may not make more than 6 reservations in every 14 day period

Rooms may be reserved for up to 4 hours at one time.

Study rooms are no longer limited by group size.

Once a reservation time has begun, the room cannot be cancelled. Users who do not show up for their reserved time lose that time from their 6 hour allotment.

Equipment for the room, i.e., wireless keyboard and mouse, must be checked out by the person holding the reservation.
