Multimedia Workstations Use Guidelines
-
The multimedia workstations are to be used by WVU faculty, staff, and students for academic-related multimedia projects. If workstations are not currently being used for academic-related multimedia projects, a staff member may log patrons in to use the workstations for non-academic or non-multimedia activities. However, staff may ask patrons who are not using the workstations for academic-related multimedia projects to give up their stations to a patron needing the workstation for that purpose.
-
Priority is given to patrons needing to use software or hardware available at a specific workstation and patrons working collaboratively.
-
Patrons must save any user-generated material to a flash drive or other storage device. Material saved to the multimedia workstation will be deleted after the patron logs out.
