Browse DVDs and Videos

  • To browse DVDs and videos in the Media Services Department, click on the categories on the left side of the Media Services homepage.

Search the Mountainlynx Catalog

  • To search for media at the Downtown Campus Library, start at the library homepage and click on MountainLynx Catalog:
  • You can limit your search to videos, materials in the Media Services Department, or to materials in a certain language.
    • To limit your search to videos:
      • Select "Videos" from the "Limit to:" drop down menu. This will limit your search to only DVDs and VHS tapes.
      • You can then do a "Keyword" or "Title" search to find materials.
      • Subject heading searches will not work with the “Limit to:” settings.
    • To limit results in Mountainlynx to videorecordings or to materials in a certain language, you will need to do an advanced search:
      • Click on the "Advanced" tab.
      • Below the search boxes, you will find options for limiting your search. Choose the language to which you would like to limit your search from the "Language" drop down menu or choose "Videorecording" in the "Format" drop down menu to limit to VHS or DVD formats. You may also limit to all materials in the Media Services department, by choosing "Downtown Library, Media Services" from the options in the "Location" drop down menu.
    • Items listed without call numbers may be "In Process" and not available for checkout.
    • For additional search assistance, please contact contact Media Services.
