If you are having problems using the tutorial

  1. Do not try to logon with a commercial email address as the authentication system will not work
  2. Logon with your Mix email address
  3. Make sure that cookies and Java are enabled on your computer equipment.
  4. If you are accessing the tutorial from the eCampus portal page and are having trouble, try this. Go directly to www.libraries.wvu.edu , point to Help and Instructions and scroll to Guides and tutorials. Choose the Plagiarism Tutorial and click into it.
  5. If you have checked all this and are good to go but still having a problem, write me directly at cwilkins@wvu.edu and I will try to walk you through the logon.
  6. If I cannot get you in, I will send a trouble ticket to our Systems Department and they do provide quick response
  7. Please note: It is always possible to enter as a guest, copy the quiz results to your desktop, and then email them to the section instructor as attachments
  8. Finally, if you have taken the tutorial previously (as in, an earlier semester or with another class) you will be considered a returning student. If you need to change your professor ID, we will have to delete her or him by hand first. So that WILL require a note to me at cwilkins@wvu.edu I will respond as quickly as possible to alert our Systems Department.
