Librarians have prepared a variety of guides, point-of-use materials outlining the search strategies in seeking information in books, periodicals and various reference tools in both print and electronic formats. Also available are worksheets for using the Online Catalog and computerized periodical indexes.

  • Orientation Tours

The Library offers librarian-guided tours to familiarize individuals to the organizational structure of the library system and the physical layout of the libraries.

  • Subject Seminars

Librarians offer by request course-integrated and discipline-specific lectures to students, staff and faculty acquainting them to the specialized library resources related to their fields of study. Library instruction classes should be requested at least two weeks in advance to allow time for the librarian's preparation.
