The West Virginia and Regional History Collection serves all researchers investigating topics related to West Virginia, the central Appalachian region, and the University itself. Included in the Collection are over 10,000,000 manuscript documents, 55,000 books, 15,000 pamphlets, 1,200 newspaper titles, 250,000 photographs and prints, 5,000 maps, and 52,000 microforms, 5,000 audiovisuals (oral histories, films and folk music recordings).
