WVU Libraries Collection Guidelines for Storage: Special Materials
- AV Library materials stored in the OSSF will primarily be media which have not been used during the last ten years.
- WV and Regional History Collection archives and papers currently in storage and new manuscript and archival materials waiting for processing will be stored in the OSSF.
- In general, monographic series will remain in the home library.
