WVU Libraries Collection Guidelines for Storage: Journals
(Periodicals, Serials, and Standing Orders)
- All pre-1993 bound periodicals and serials systemwide will be housed in the Offsite Storage Facility (OSSF). Journals published in 1993 and after will remain in the campus libraries. This guideline does not include the Health Sciences Library.
- West Virginia and Regional History Collection periodicals will remain with the Collection. The WVC staff reserves the right to make the final decision on exceptions to be housed in the OSSF.
- Selected rare materials.
