WVU Student Loan Periods
- Books
Undergrads: 4 weeks (up to 30 items)
Graduates: 1 semester (up to 100 items)
- Bound Journals

Overnight - Graduates Only
In Library Use Only - Undergraduates and graduates - Book Renewals
Undergraduate students must renew materials in person or online.
Graduate students may renew materials online, in person or by mail.
WVU Faculty and Staff Loan Periods
- Books
Faculty & Staff - 1 semester - (up to 100 items)

2 hours and overnight - Book Renewals
Faculty may renew books in person, online, or by mail at the end of each semester.
WV Residents and Regional Borrowers Loan Periods
