Catherine is responsible for the online photographs collection, West Virginia History OnView. She is also involved with the preservation of images and processes requests for images from WVU personnel, students, and the general public.

Laureen processes Archives and Manuscripts collections and performs condition analysis and preservation of items within the Rare Books Collection. She specializes in the preservation of artifacts and textiles.
